The duration of the City pass is from 24 to 72 hours. It is validated as soon as it is used and is valid for the next 24-72 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"IT\">The ticket from<\/span>\u00a0 <span lang=\"{wpml_trans_unit_5_0_37_-1_0}\">24 hours costs (DKK 130)<\/span> <span lang=\"IT\"><strong>17.39 Euro<\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"IT\" xml:lang=\"IT\"> and covers all areas, including the airport. There is also a series of discounts on restaurants, attractions and entertainment, which card holders can take advantage of.<\/p>\n<p>The 24-hour Copenhagen Card costs DKK 389.00\u00a0 equal to approximately <strong>53.00 Euros<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p>The 48-hour Copenhagen Card: costs DKK 549.00 equal to\u00a0 <strong>74.00<\/strong> <strong>Euros<\/strong> approx.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #8f7a25;\">24 hour ticket<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>24-hour ticket<\/strong> is for all areas, you can travel indefinitely on buses, trains, metro and boats in all areas of the capital region. The cost of the ticket for an adult is equal to DKK 135 equal to approximately <strong>18 Euros<\/strong> , but it must be said that each adult can accompany two minors under 12 years for free.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #8f7a25;\">Single ticket<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The regular ticket is valid for a <strong>single<\/strong> journey, and must include the cost for each zone crossed during the journey, up to the arrival at the destination. Costs vary: from <strong>3 euros<\/strong> for a ticket for two zones up to\u00a0<strong>14.50 euros<\/strong> for a ticket that covers all areas.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #8f7a25;\">Standing<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>As a personal opinion, <strong>Copenhagen<\/strong> is a city that lends itself very well to\u00a0<strong>be explored on foot<\/strong> . The historic center can be easily explored on foot and the tourist attractions with the most important points to visit are concentrated in a small area.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #8f7a25;\">Round Tower<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>With its distinctive spiral ramp, the Round Tower is one of the best known and most visited buildings in Denmark. It was built as a structure for the university observatory and has been the center for astronomy in Denmark for centuries. From the platform at the top of the tower you can enjoy a fascinating <strong>360 degree<\/strong> view of the city.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Opening time: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>from 1 May to 30 September, every day from 10.00 to 20.00.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>from 1 October to 30 April, every day from 10.00 to 18.00.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Price:<\/em><\/strong> <em>25 DKK &#8211;<\/em> <strong><em>3.35 Euro<\/em><\/strong> .<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #8f7a25;\">Rosenborg Castle<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Rosenborg was built as a place of pleasure by Christian IV in the early 1600s and soon became the king&#8217;s favorite residence. Inside the castle it is possible to take pictures anywhere, even with a flash. The structure includes the ground floor; first floor; second floor; basement and treasure room. In every angle and perspective there are many fascinating things to see, by far one of the most historically rich castles I have ever seen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Opening hours:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>From January to June 15<\/strong>\u00a0 &#8211; From 11.00 to 14.00, while the occasional exhibitions remain open from 11.00 to 16.00.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>From June 16th to August 31st<\/strong>\u00a0 &#8211; Every day from 9.00 to 17.00.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>From <strong>September 1st to October 31st<\/strong>\u00a0 &#8211; Every day from 10.00 to 16.00.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Price:<\/strong>\u00a0 105 DKK &#8211; <strong>14.00 Euro.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-450\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/easylifelondon.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/66679029_2318069818240040_709386597090459648_n.png?resize=790%2C593&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"66679029_2318069818240040_709386597090459648_n\" width=\"790\" height=\"593\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #8f7a25;\"><strong>Rosenborg Gardens<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Just adjacent to Rosenborg Castle we find the beautiful garden,\u00a0 <strong>the oldest park in Copenhagen<\/strong> ,\u00a0 ideal for walking, relaxing and enjoying a lot of relaxation. In spring, many flowers bloom inside, which fills the marvelous with colors\u00a0<strong>Kongens Have<\/strong>\u00a0 (royal gardens).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #8f7a25;\"><strong>Kastellet fortress<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>Kastellet<\/b>\u00a0 is a military fortification dating back to the seventeenth century. It has a pentagonal or star shape and is surrounded by water. Admission is free. \u00a0In 1807 it was used as a defense against the British and during the Second World War it was occupied by the Germans. It is currently a military establishment with red barracks and surrounded by a beautiful park. Near the fortress is the famous statue of Andersen&#8217;s Little Mermaid.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #8f7a25;\"><strong>The little Mermaid<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>One of the most famous tourist attractions in Denmark, without a doubt my favorite. Since 1913 it has been welcoming travelers to the <strong>port of Copenhagen<\/strong> . The bronze statue refers to the protagonist of the famous fable written in 1837 by the Danish writer <strong>Hans Christian Andersen<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #8f7a25;\"><strong>Gefion Fountain<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>From the statue of the little mermaid, continue until you meet a majestic fountain called the <strong>Gefion Fountain<\/strong> . The Gefion Fountain represents the\u00a0<strong>Goddess Gefion<\/strong>\u00a0 at the command of four oxen, his sons. According to the legend, in fact, the Goddess Gefion transformed her children into oxen to plow the land over which she would have reigned, Zeeland (the island on which Copenhagen stands).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #8f7a25;\"><strong>Church of Sant&#8217;Albano<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Just adjacent to the marvelous Gefion fountain, we find the church of Sant&#8217;Albano, consecrated in 1887, it is the only Anglican church\u00a0 of Denmark.<\/p>\n<p>The church takes its name from Sant&#8217;Albano, the first English martyr (around 303 AD). Albano<br \/>\nhe was a Roman soldier who had offered refuge to a priest during the persecutions.<br \/>\nAlbano was so impressed by the teachings of the religious that when the soldiers came<br \/>\nto capture him, he put on his clothes and surrendered himself in his place. Sentenced to death<br \/>\nhe declared, &#8220;I pray and worship the one true living God, who created all things.&#8221; Even the priest<br \/>\nhe was arrested, inspired by Albano&#8217;s faith and courage. According to legend, the remains<br \/>\ndi Albano were brought to the Church of Santa Maria and Sant&#8217;Albano in Odense, in<br \/>\nDenmark, where the saint is still venerated today.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #8f7a25;\"><strong>Nyhavn<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Though &#8220;<strong>Nyhavn<\/strong> &#8220;means&#8221;<strong>new port<\/strong> &#8220;the canal was built by King Christian V of Denmark between 1670 and 1673 and it is a real passage from the sea to the old city in\u00a0Kongens Nytorv\u00a0(King&#8217;s square), where fishermen&#8217;s ships could find refuge was known mainly for beer, sailors, and prostitution. The northern side of Nyhavn is lined with brightly painted row houses. Between 1845 and 1864, <strong>Hans Christian Andersen<\/strong> lived at number 67, where a commemorative plaque now stands. Along the row of colorful houses there are bars and restaurants, where you can taste typical dishes of the region.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #8f7a25;\"><strong>Christiania<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Christiania<\/strong> is\u00a0 a unique experience; a set of warehouses, shacks, houses, street art, colorful murals. Tourists can stroll through its streets free to stop for food and drink in the bars in the area. In 1971, a\u00a0<strong>group of hippies occupied the area<\/strong>\u00a0 by deciding to live in that space by giving itself autonomous laws. They defined themselves as a &#8221; <strong>free city<\/strong> &#8221; in which Danish laws were no longer valid and instead, coexistence was based on a new model of life that refused\u00a0<strong>the use of motor vehicles, firearms, violence, hard drugs.<\/strong>\u00a0 While,\u00a0<strong>marijuana and hashish<\/strong>\u00a0 I could move around without problems. On <strong>Pusher Street<\/strong> the usual rules are:\u00a0<strong>no cars, no cell phones, no photos and no running. <\/strong>If you don&#8217;t like street art, particular and unsafe environments, Christiania is not for you.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #8f7a25;\"><strong>Tivoli Gardens<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>If there is a space of time left, at the end of your itinerary you could take a trip to the <strong>Tivoli<\/strong> gardens, the famous amusement park in Copenhagen, second to Disneyland Paris by turnout. A mixture of a baroque garden full of fountains and a playground suitable for children and adults, in Tivoli you can find fun with various shows and entertainments and many rides. In the park there are as well\u00a0<strong>35 restaurants<\/strong>\u00a0 of the most varied international cuisines and often important events take place in the numerous and immense green spaces of the park\u00a0 cultural events.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Price:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>The price for adults is <\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>120 DKK<\/strong>\u00a0 &#8211; 16.00 Euros, from Friday to Sunday <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>110 DKK<\/strong>\u00a0 from Monday to Thursday \u00a0 \u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>ATTENTION<\/strong>\u00a0 prices vary depending on the time of year so you can check them on the official website of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tivoligardens.com\/en\/praktisk\/priser\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tivoli Gardens<\/a> .
